For the Manchurian Balls:

1 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons cornflour

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Salt to taste

Oil for frying


For the Manchurian Sauce: 🫙 

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger

2 finely chopped green chilies (optional)

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

1 teaspoon green chili sauce (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

1 teaspoon cornflour (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)

Salt to taste

Green onion, finely chopped (for garnish)

Method: Making Manchurian Balls 🥘

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan or wok.
2️⃣ Add finely chopped garlic and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
3️⃣ Add green chilies (if using) and onions; cook until golden brown.
4️⃣ Add capsicum and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
5️⃣ Stir in the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce (if using), vinegar, and sugar (if using). Mix well.
