Paneer Paratha Recipe


Ingredients:

1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)

1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

2 cups whole wheat flour

Water for kneading

Ghee or oil for cooking


Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough: Mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.


2. Make the filling: In a bowl, mix grated paneer, green chilies, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.


3. Roll the paratha: Divide the dough into balls. Roll out one ball, place some paneer filling in the center, fold the edges, and roll again gently.


4. Cook: Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides using ghee or oil until golden brown.


5. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or chutney.
