Butter Garlic Prawns Recipe
250g prawns (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp butter
5-6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish
🥘Instructions:
1. Preparation: Clean and pat dry the prawns. Keep them aside.
2. Heating Pan: Heat a pan on medium flame. Add butter (and olive oil if using, to prevent burning).
3. Garlic: Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
4. Prawns: Add prawns to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
5. Seasoning: Add salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well.
6. Lemon: Add lemon juice, give a final stir.
7. Garnish: Sprinkle fresh coriander or parsley.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with bread, rice, or as an appetizer.
